For the past week I have been staying up way too late and waking up way too early. My body feels like it’s shutting down and my eye bags/dark circles just make it worse. I can drink coffee to make me feel more awake but the only way to have my dark circles go away would be to get more sleep but who has time for that? I have been trying out new recipes to take away the puffiness of my under eye bags and made my own little recipe to give you a pick me up from a long week or just to help your under eye bags feel a little love.
What you need:
1 parsley leaf
1 inch of cucumber
1 tablespoon of aloe
1 cotton round (cut in half, one half for each eye)
How to make it:
Mix all your ingredients together and take your 2 halved cotton round and lather both pads on one side very well so the cotton round can really soak up everything and then put your cotton round eye mask into the freezer for about 5-7 minutes to let them get cool so your under eyes can feel like a cool oasis, and from there you can leave them on your eyes for 10 minutes or longer and watch your eyes be refreshed after! No need to wash off underneath your eyes, it’s totally optional! (: Trust me this eye mask feels like heaven under your eyeballs!
