Welcome to another beauty tip Tuesdays #2!! Did you try out last week’s beauty tip? How did you like it? I’m loving this new segment for my blog! As I was sipping on my lemon water this morning thinking about what tip I should share with you all this week it dawned on me that I should share just that! My lemon water with cayenne pepper, a morning ritual. To make it, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3. Literally:
1. Heat up a glass of water
2. Use half a lemon
3. Just a dash of cayenne pepper
Now you may be wondering how this is beauty related? Beauty for me can mean hair, skin, nails, makeup, and even health and that’s what this category lies under. Not only does my “miracle drink” give me a energy boost, but it can replace my morning coffee. It also helps with digestion, strengthen ours immune system, acne, boost brain power and much more! By drinking this miracle drink first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything makes it go straight into our blood streams so we can make better eating habits throughout the day and really get us motivated to start our day right! My normal go to breakfast is my lemon water and a smoothie and that makes me full until lunch time. I can’t stress this drink enough! When I decide to skip this drink I feel completely different; my body feels weak. The drink is a bit sour, but once you drink it all down you feel much better afterwards. Give this drink a try for at least a week and watch your body change and make this your morning ritual as well! If you try it let me know how it goes!
