Beauty Tip Tuesdays: Vaseline for your eyes?

Happy August everyone! The question that’s on everybody’s minds (including mine) is where have I’ve been?? Let me tell you.. Cosmetology school isn’t easy. During this 8 week session I had to do so much. All of my review questions had to be done (34 chapters) hand written, studying for state board, and finishing my portfolio for school, and so much more. All thats over now until I go back to school on the 24th for my last 8 week session, yay! School is stressful when I’m almost done but not posting blogs or even youtube videos have made me depressed. I feel like something is missing in my life when I don’t do the things I love. Anyways welcome to the first Beauty Tip Tuesdays! I plan on doing a new beauty tip every Tuesday this month plus additional blog posts! This week its all about vaseline. We all know it can be used for your dry skin, chapped lips, and minor cuts. But did you also know it can be used to remove mascara? Even water proof! I learned this trick from my mom (thanks mom!) and it continues to surprise me that not everyone knows this trick. First I remove all my makeup with a baby wipe (baby wipes are much cheaper then regular makeup wipes and does the exact job) and then I go ahead and wash my face. I feel like when my eyelashes are wet the vaseline works better to remove my mascara but removing your mascara when your eyelashes are dry works fine to. So once my face is washed I go ahead and apply vaseline to my eyelashes and take a soft tissue to remove my mascara! How easy is that? Vaseline is inexpensive and it’s at any store you go to! Target, Walmart, CVS, Vons, you name it they have it! Let me know how you like this new segment of Beauty Tip Tuesdays! Did you know about this tip? Make sure to try it out and let me know what you think! Don’t forget to follow my blog to know when my new blog posts go up and my other social media sites to keep up with me! Love you all!

Until next time,
XoXo
Camille
